Current Crochet Project: Catherine Wheel Stitch

I couldn't wait for it to be finished before I posted a photo! I have some Waverly for Bernat yarn that I'm using for a crochet lap-ghan. For the center, I have a pattern. I will add a border to the lap-ghan as well as add the pattern for it. Here it is so far!

Final touches will be to possibly give it a name! Or I can just call it a Catherine Wheel Crochet Afghan Throw.
